Here is the video of the hot air balloon tour in Laos, which was also the first in my life.

Despite all my imagination, I was not able to feel like a new Jules Verne because we got away so little. But it was still a wonderful experience.

The sunset paessaggio of the surroundings of Veng Viang then, was magnificent.

I trust to do it again soon in other places, perhaps Cappadocia (Turkey ).

The hot air balloon trip to Laos wasn’t even on the agenda, it was a well-executed improvisation, even if it was born out of the fact that I got the planning wrong this time. Whatever, I’m a rare pseudo-wannabe travel blogger who gets it wrong sometimes!

Interesting chatter about hot air ballooning in Laos

At least so far no real knowledge, but interesting chatter yes.

In the small group I went ballooning with was a couple and as many as 6 traveling alone, including 4 women. So much for those who tell me that a woman cannot ride alone.

One was British and had given herself too much perfume, as well as dressed for evening.

Dane is a royal guard and told us about his hat made from bear hair. Of course, they don’t kill bears anymore, so they recycle the same hats as always.

Of the 2 French women, one was too pretty, while the other showed us her 2 tattoos.

Shortly thereafter I met a couple from Rotterdam. He is 2 meters tall and is constantly struggling with the measurements of Laotians who are half his size. Poor guy, I understand him well, I have difficulties too.

She gave me interesting tips for Tibet, as well as telling me about the floods they have always been used to.
